釬焊板式換熱器在繼承了以往密封圈型板式熱交換器高性能的基礎上,進(jìn)一步采用簡(jiǎn)潔的結構組成,大幅度消減了部件數量,實(shí)現了精致小巧、安全可靠、經(jīng)濟性能高的特點(diǎn)! 釬焊板式換熱器以銅/鎳作為焊接材料,在真空加熱爐內將各部件(如傳熱板、框架等)一體化焊接而成,實(shí)現結構尺寸的緊湊性。因此,它的焊接結構具有高度的密封性,也能夠適用于氨、氟等介質(zhì)的換熱處理。 結構: 釬焊板式換熱器是由沖壓成型的凹凸有致的不銹鋼板片組成。兩相鄰板片之間形成網(wǎng)狀通道,供介質(zhì)在其中均勻分布、螺旋前進(jìn)。而且,兩板片呈180。正反組合,這樣兩板片之間的凹凸脊線(xiàn)形成交錯的接觸點(diǎn),各接觸點(diǎn)以真空焊接而成!
介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方式: 介質(zhì)從接口流入,在組合成的板片組間冷熱交錯流動(dòng),即板片的一側是冷源另一側是熱源。這樣使得冷熱流體在換熱器中充分進(jìn)行熱交換,將效率發(fā)揮到極致。
